
About Aquatics Programs
The Dalles Athletic Club has a 25-meter heated pool and provides a diverse range of scheduled Aqua classes, Adult Lap swim sessions, and open family swim opportunities. Additionally, we offer a steam room and dry sauna that are accessible to all membership levels.

The constant movement of the board creates a fun opportunity to strengthen muscles, concentration, coordination and proprioception.
Each class is taught with all levels of experience in mind.
