The Club offers over 44 fitness classes a week! We have a full schedule of choices that include all levels of Yoga to Water Aerobics and everything in between. This is a great way to start a fitness journey and make friends along the way. Take a look through the class descriptions and choose what classes you would like to fit into your week.

WERQ Dance Fit
WERQ is a wildly addictive cardio dance workout based on trending pop and hip-hop music. Our mission is to create a judgment-free dance space built on good vibes, a great sweat, and a supportive community. This class is instructed by Morgan, Joe, Heather & Kappi in the Group Ex room. Beginners to advanced are welcome.

Bootcamp
Bootcamp is a full-body strength workout, focusing on the squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, and carry movement patterns. Body weight, free weights, medicine balls, Bosu, prowler sleds, and more! This class is held in the Group Ex/Functional Workout space. Intermediate to advanced welcome.

Senior Mobility Balance and Strength
Mobility Balance Strength – In this fun, gentle 45-minute class, we will work on balance for everyday life. Do you have trouble picking something up off the floor, turning to see if the coast is clear when driving, or getting up out of a chair? Come gain confidence, increase your range of motion, and build strength and mobility to do your everyday activities. Beginners to advanced are welcome.

Deep Water Workout
This one-hour class offers cardio and endurance segments, as well as toning and stretching in the water. Take this class at your own pace and you will leave this workout feeling great! Beginners to advanced are welcome.

Aqua Zumba
Aqua Zumba brings new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. It combines the South American Zumba rhythm and dance steps with a pool party. It offers a fun but challenging, water-based, body-toning workout. Beginner To Advanced Welcome.

Strength and Stretch
Strength & Flex is a fusion of Pilates, yoga, barre, aerobics, and strength training. This is a dynamic, fun, results-driven workout. The pattern of exercises used helps to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and posture. Beginners to advanced are welcome.

Yoga Fit
Yoga Fit is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of athletes or individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. This yoga class blends balance, strength, flexibility, and power in a fitness format Vinyasa Yoga/Flow Yoga – a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together seamlessly. Core work is focused on Pilates-style training midway through class, and you finish with a relaxing meditation to help you restore and balance your physical and mental health. Beginners to advanced, are welcome.

Yoga
This class is yoga for everyone: all body types, ages, and abilities. If you can breathe, you can do yoga. Each class will use poses and movements for the entire body, as well as those focused on specific areas where we tend to hold tension in the body. Linking the breath to body movement, a regular yoga practice will help develop strength, improve balance, increase flexibility, promote energy, and calm the mind. Beginners to advanced are welcome.

Gentle Yoga
This gentle Hatha Yoga class is for everyone. If you are new to yoga, have physical restrictions or injuries, this class is tailor made for you. Breathing techniques, seated and standing yoga poses, balancing and stability poses followed by a guided relaxation finish. All levels of fitness welcome.

Zumba
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music-dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Beginners to advanced are welcome.

Fitness Fusion
Fitness Fusion is a fun, full-body workout for all ages and abilities. Participants work at their level during this optional weight lifting/weight-bearing, low-impact cardio workout. Drawing from elements of Barre, Cycle + Row to keep classes varied and always low impact. Beginners to advanced, are welcome.

ZUMBA Step
ZUMBA Step is a lower-body workout that incorporates ZUMBA routines and step aerobics with Latin dance rhythms.

Hit & Fit
This high-energy, fast-moving class keeps you on your toes with tennis drills in a fun group class setting. The class is open to all members whether you play tennis or not. If you have been thinking about starting to play tennis, this is the class for you. Get a great workout while you practice your shots. Beginners to advanced are welcome.

Full Body Circuit
Full Body Circuit is a low-impact circuit training workout that incorporates weight machines, body weight movements, and balance. Need to get out in the weight room? With our instructors' help, you can use the machines and understand the function of each one. Come on your lunch hour to use your time wisely! All levels of fitness are welcome.

Lift Lab
Strength training and calisthenics based class that focuses not only on building strength, but also functional movement and mobility. Progressions are demonstrated to help you reach your goals no matter where you are in your fitness journey. All levels of fitness welcome.

Strong Nation
This Zumba, created HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) class combines cardio and strength conditioning moves using just your body weight. Moves are perfectly synced to the beat of high-energy music. It’s not dancing – but every muscle in your body is driven by the music, so you can follow the beat and push to your limits in a fun, full-body, sweat-inducing workout. Beginners to advanced are welcome.

Grit Ride
Spinning certified instructors use a combination of flats and hills to work on strength + endurance on the bike. This low-impact/high-intensity class will torch calories, build muscle mass and leave you sweaty for sure! Our studio bikes are compatible with road bike SPD cleats and regular gym shoes too. The 50 minute class will have 3-5 minutes of optional strength / core work off the bike at the end of class. All levels of fitness are welcome. Sign up is required.

Grit Row - Endurance
You will burn calories while building cardiovascular endurance, strength, and flexibility in this full-body workout. This class incorporates short segments on the rower paired with the floor work of the rower. Beginner To Advanced, Welcome. Arrive 5–10 minutes early. Sign up is required.

Grit Row - Power
This is Grit Rows signature class that has been loved since they opened in 2019. You will obliterate calories while building cardiovascular endurance, strength, and flexibility in this full-body workout. This class incorporates short segments on the rower paired with the floor work of the rower. Beginner To advanced are welcome. Sign up is required.

This Hybrid Class incorporates elements from the Endurance, Power, and Ride classes! Try this fun, fast-paced class to torch calories, and build muscle and cardio endurance. Adding variety to your workouts keeps your muscles and brain on their toes! If you prefer to stick to just the bike or just the rower, we can accommodate that for your cardio segments. Beginners to advanced are welcome. Sign up required.
