About Aquatics Programs
The Dalles Athletic Club has a 25-meter heated pool and provides a diverse range of scheduled Aqua classes, Adult Lap swim sessions, and open family swim opportunities. Additionally, we offer a steam room and dry sauna that are accessible to all membership levels.

Swimming PoolJoin us for a 75 Minute gentle & unique experience to melt away stress. Our pool will be transformed into a dreamy space for your floating yoga mat (SUP). We'll use breath, props, passive postures and the lull of the water to create space in the mind and body. Free to Members. $12 non members. Please bring 1 large towel. Space is limited to 8 people. Reservation is required.
