Group Fitness StudioYogaFit is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of athletes or individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. This yoga class blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format Vinyasa Yoga/Flow Yoga – a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Core work is a focused with Pilates style training midway through class and we finish with a relaxation meditation to help you restore and balance your physical and mental health.
